In order to serve our clients better, we list these terms  & conditions to help the consumer understand our products and services.

Here we go…

1. Just as no two humans are alike, the same is true for trees.  We must state that match color and grain of the wood cannot be controlled.
2. Any changes due to grain or color deviation will be at an extra charge.
3. Any additional work not described on the contract will be at an extra charge.
4. By signing a contract, the included prices, specifications, and conditions are deemed satisfactory and accepted by the customer.
5. East Coast Stairs Company, Inc. is not responsible for painting any parts which we supply.  Exception: E-5015 balusters come standard in primed white.
