Now, when I look at reports, the fees deducted for their payment are in QuickBooks twice but I can only find them once in the system. The payment shows as paid, but then when you go to deposits it’s not paid and will hit your bank today. Problem is, it’s reflected in the bank balance and won’t reflect in QB, regardless of my efforts to delete, reenter, etc.The menu is as non-intuitive as I’ve seen (that’s ironic, Intuit). Handling simple things like owner draw is like pulling teeth.No, 2 stars for this pile of rubbish is too much.

I am disappointed. The latest fiasco is the banking info will not update for one of my clients since about the middle of December. Now we are at year end and two calls in to QB support and it is still not fixed. I think I will need to take all of the other clients off the online version and back to the desktop version.
